Artificial Engineering and Data Science

The Department of Artificial Engineering and Data Science at Akash Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIET), was established in the year 2023. The Department offers full-time UG programme in Artificial Engineering and Data Science. The programme is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka and approved by All India council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Akash Institute of Engineering and Technology focuses on cutting-edge research and education in the fields of AI and data science. The department concentrates on both theoretical and practical aspects of artificial intelligence and data science, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and big data analytics. Students are encouraged to engage in research activities, participate in competitions, and contribute to ongoing projects.

Faculty

The strength and backbone of the department comprises of well qualified and dedicated faculty with teaching and industry experience of an average experience of 10 years. Department is more supportive for research activities for both faculty and students. The department also conducts vocational courses and proficiency courses on fundamental and new programming languages and computer science concepts.
